To cancel Omnisend, open Store Settings, then Pricing and usage, then Plan overview. Click the three dot menu and choose Cancel plan. Your paid plan runs until the cycle ends, then moves to Free. Charges are usually non refundable. A one time $50 freeze keeps your data for 12 months.
Omnisend is the better pick for most small and mid size stores. It publishes clear plan prices and includes 24/7 support. It also offers a free 5 day migration. Klaviyo suits larger brands that want deeper data tools. Both free plans cap at 250 profiles and 500 emails a month.
For online stores, Omnisend is the best Mailchimp alternative. It runs on store data and lists 24/7 support. MailerLite, Brevo and Moosend cost less for newsletters. Constant Contact suits local firms. ActiveCampaign suits B2B teams. tinyEmail and Shopify Email are cheapest for Shopify. Pick by what you sell.
